I’ve known someone like that; unfortunately, people still face a major taboo when it comes to talking about the traumas that end up affecting their present lives. In relationships, we need to be sincere and truthful—especially regarding past situations that impact our lives and that we carry into the present. If the people who enter our lives truly love us and want to build something together, they need to learn to live with our flaws; otherwise, it isn't love, nor will it be a lasting relationship.

9sounds like you got something to track down and fix. cause if nothing else changed but suddenly you did, either you ignored problems until they became too big or your making problems where they don't exist. either way that's something you need to dig into for your own sake, is not healthy regardless of the source. find someone to sit down with and start talking so you can get it squared in your head. bonus points if they care enough to poke at what you say.
