FYI: The post gets put in the feed, everyone is going to see it. The tags are a way to sort material - so that if someone wants to only consume memes, or comedy, or only see cats, they have a way to do so. Therefore, using the most appropriate tag, no matter how many "subscribers" it has, is best.
