Wtf is this? The definition of short term relationship?

So my bf said "I don't care about sex, I will not introduce you to my family or friends, I don't ever want to live with you, I will not see you mon-fri, you get your 30mins on your lunch call if I'm not still working, I'll see you Saturday and Sunday, 18hrs is the safe limit to spend time with you before you get made up problems about me not seeing you enough or me not wanting you sexually because now I won't sleep over on Fridays because you were upset I didn't have sex with you that night" there's never never as long as there is mutual contact. I'll definitely walk away of he crosses a boundary but his childish behavior with relationship problems pushes me into a spiral of fear and anger. So..  even though he also said "I do love you, I want to be in a relationship with you, but this isn't going to last long term" well, if he's shopping more carefully, I wonder if I should? Like, talk talk talk, meet public x amount of times, break it off with my current bf if he hasn't broken up with me first, hope for the best when we agree to a relationship and have a real future with a man who has mutually found what he was looking for if we met. If this was happening to someone you love (like a daughter/sister/close friend) ....would you stand by and watch and say nothing?
