Going on 15ish years now and I can say it's not as terrible as people made it out to be. Yes, having an SO would be great but not having one has it's upsides too. I guess it helps that I also have a lot of support from family and friends too though. Had lots of practice talking to women only to find out they are already in a relationship. 🤣

9ish Years, I do just about everything alone. I admit I was happier in a relationship but the freedom of being single is amazing. I usually avoid eating out on holidays, but even then I seldom have to wait for a table. Movies I just sit in the handicap section as long as there are no handicap people.

Yeah. There's bliss in making decisions alone and between always asking SO what they'd like to have. I do miss being in a relationship though. However this time in a matured relationship where both people are emotionally developed and aware. Wait? You sit in the handicap section without being caught? 😱 this i should try. Imagine the whole seats to myself. 😂

@Afiq Yeah, it's usually just two seats by themselves. So, one chair for me and the other for snacks. Also have all the leg room in the world.

12years and yes I do eat alone in public, go to cinema and shop alone .. And that is not as a terrible as people said ... moreover there are friends and families .. The most important thing is to be happy and be yourself than must be in a relationship unhealthy .. although sometimes missing being in a relationship too..

It's learning to love oneself and unlearning to prioritise the other person. It's kinda empowering when you can get to know more about yourself rather than have the other person shape you. Sometimes, having friends and families are a reminder for us to appreciate them more.
