Dear Gents,
2 awards

Would you be intimidated if the woman you're seeing is too ambitious? Does not necessarily mean wealthier, but simply ambitious enough to HOPEFULLY one day create multiple streams of income to attain financial freedom and generational wealth so we can retire early and enjoy the rest of our lives spent together.

I guess it depends on what is "too ambitious". If that's all your talking about and spending all your time on then it could be difficult to form a meaningful relationship in the first place. But nothing wrong with wanting to make sure your future is secure.

I wouldn't be intimidated, that's quite an attraction if anything. Too ambitious isn't the problem, it's unrealistic that usually makes it a problem. Ambition is great, I'd more than likely walk that journey with them and help build a world. But if they aren't grounded in those ambitions it can quickly turn to dreaming and out of touch scope.

I wouldn't be intimidated but rather concerned. Statistics say that partnerships where the woman earns more than the man have a high chance of failure. I'm not materialistic so money isn't important to me at all.

Thank you Scott. Don't mind sharing a little in depth as to how this could fail? Am just curious..

I don't fully understand it myself but supposedly most women aren't happy with partners who earn less than them (or just slightly more - stats say the more the man earns than the woman the better) I don't agree with this conclusion, I think the data is misleading or faulty somehow.

I believe it's because generally women are choosier about their partners. Women are wired to look for and expect the best men, and the internet/dating apps has kind of made those expectations unrealistic to a degree. Thus, as a woman starts to outearn a man, if the man is unable to "keep up" so to speak, a woman has two options. Stick with them and help them grow and be a better person/earner/etc. or "trade up" and try and find a man who is on their "level". The issue is there's not enough high value men for all the ambitious women to trade up to, so slowly but surely there's a rift that is created where women aren't willing to "settle" and men don't want to put up with women who won't "settle".

Exactly correct, I would only add that weak men (honestly, like me) cause that problem and it tends to lead to female hypergamy. Meaning that 80% of women select the top 20% of men exclusively. Again weak men cause this problem, but it also results in "incels" who feel so much shame at being rejected constantly that they can't improve themselves. I almost got stuck there, and I'm still not much better than a "neck beard" a decade later.

That's only because it's easier for her to leave. Most married couples should not be together and most likely would not if they could afford to divorce.

There no such thing! That's just red pill nonsense. It used to be women had no choice in marriage. Then, she could choose but couldn't legally choose to leave. Then, she could legally leave but many can't do so for economic reasons. The problem is too many men take a woman for granted if he knows she can't leave. A healthy relationship is based on both people wanting to be together, not on using the law or money to keep someone trapped. Incels could improve themselves if they wanted to but to them, learning better communication skills is too much work so they make up stories about being "too ugly" while all around them ugly men with social skills have significant others.

I think that is why, sadly everyone claims to be so jaded for one or another reason. And marrlage is sacred, did u know, women cheat, more than men, statistically....sad....not all women...but they seem to not want to stick around....
