Why do people match with you when they have absolutely no intention of actually having a conversation?

Because of a large list of options, people will treat you as one. It’s not right but a lot of people are doing it. Just move on to those that reciprocate. Good luck!

im not sure how other men work.. i have age 18 to 100 and females. I swipe right to all girls as quickly as I can to continue my day. Next time when I see who I matched with I see if I matched with anyone that might work. If not I just go do another round of quick right swipes and continue my day.. and repeat over and over and over again

It’s annoying. And I agree with you. If I’m asked then why is there no follow through. If after you chat and it doesn’t feel good or whatever I can handle that. But match and then nothing is kind of frustrating.

In my experience, they are addicted to the ego boost from matching. Secondly they have no life experience or knowledge in anything to make a conversation worthwhile. Three, another match has satisfied them.

Say I matched with you. You liked me after I had already liked you, but it was X time later and I had matched with someone else in the meantime and was hitting it off with them. Do you still want me to match with you and juggle talking to multiple women? I lean towards not doing it out of principle. If later the conversation with the lady I was matched with before you fizzles out, I might then say hi and see if you want to get to know each other. I’m a one women at a time man.
