Dam hopefully you become better I recommend reading book like 12 Rule of life by Jordan Peterson, Osho on fear just be careful the man is cult leader,The Rudest book ever by Shewtabh Gangwar and Jiddu Krishnamurti on love and loneliness sidenote you can watch Jiddu Krishnamurti video on loneliness to on Yt. Try to reconnect with family and old friends with addition make nee close friends. Try to have goals , interest,passion and purpose. Exercise, journal your thought, meditation and take cold shower that can possibly help to. Also kindly visit good psychologist
