Its very situational . In any event before 1 yr its a annulment no lossbdepending on state. After 1 year its very dependent on each individuals status in marriage as well as whos at fault . If the partner cheats but you were the provider thsn there will be a loss on your part unless you have proof of it being 100 percent their fault. Again its very situational all i can say is dont marry a materalistic person and dont let it be you carrying them for eternity.
