@Mossy I feel you.... it is exhausting mentally.... and it just seems like no one knows how to be honest or loyal anymore. I'm on the verge of giving up as well!
It's about finding connections here. Whether or not that remains a friendship or will turn into romance is up to both of you. I am honestly just enjoying my convos with a particular friend, putting in work in getting to know him, patiently waiting to see if something develops out of friendship 😅 But I also take time to just get to know newpeople, coz you'll never know really, unless you try.
Im not seeking anything by posting this, I'm just voicing my thoughts out. Trust me, if i were seeking something other than the relieve of having my voice out i would done it the other way around.

Oh don't mistake my trouble as a meaning of "i dont love myself". It's the opposite actually. Im contend of myself and i love myself. I just wanted to have someone to share life and experiences with. Wanting to be with someone doesn't mean i dont like myself or i don't like beingalone :/

The dating app struggle is real. People are flaky and unreliable. Just keep doing your thing and maybe someone will surprise you eventually. But hey, if they don't, it's their loss. You're better off being awesome on your own terms.

@7thResonance oh nah its a 120gb sized RPG game on Steam, my phone would die (/kidding). Valorant? I don't, sadly. I stopped playing FPS on Overwatch. I play Destiny 2 and Team Fortress 2 though

When I say you're still young, I mean it. You're only 26. Your brain just finished fully developing. You've had your most recent growth spurt in the last decade. Give yourself time, and you will find the person who is deserving of all the love you wish to give.
