I just started getting to know someone

Uhm. I just want to rant it out. My friends call me pure, too innocent, naive... gullible. They knew me for 5 years and yet that's what they told me. Some secrets are just left untold 🤭🤣 And sooo... I started mingling with people again, after years. This time, I ain't playing but finding real connections and emotions. My friends got me installed the dating apps 'for fun' and just recently, I found someone. Well, maybe he found me. Lol. It was happy and exciting. Feeling that connection like everything matches together, likes and all. Until I told him I'm planning to go home for those people who misses me. Slowly, things are getting cold. I may have lost his trust and interest but we're still talking everyday, just not like before. Suddenly, I just wanna stop everything, breathe and appreciate all these people near me, who cares and loves me. What am I searching for? I am grateful for what I have right now. My plans aren't changing for him, if we can both compromise. We both have issues and I perfectly understand. I am genuinely happy I got to know and meet him, and savor this until it last. I'm not in a rush and just let the Universe lead me to my fate. It sounds crazy, but I do believe 😅
