What's the craziest thing you ever did for love?

When I was 23 I had hitch hiked with my ex gf and her ex bf who were best friends from the IL/IN state border to Indianapolis and it took 5 days total for us to make that trip, it was an experience of a life time and we had a shopping cart full of supplies and foodstamps to last us, our phones and used GPS tracking system to find the best route on food to get there and music for entertainment. We saw many things along the way which included beautiful skies, a ranch on a farm and got to pet a horse who came over to say hi late at night. We slept under the stars as we camped out under trees for the night and only slept in hotels or motels whenever we had the luxury to do so and occasionally we got help from pedestrians along the way and one of them even gave us McDonald's, $300 and a motel for the night as well and some along the way even gave us bottled water as we kept trudging along the country side. One night we slept in an abandon tractor shack with 3 pillows a small sheet and a tarp while it down poured so hard. But after that we continued to press on through Gary Indiana which was not the most friendly area and only got stopped 3 times by state troopers who were asking what we were doing...I can garenty you this...I'll bet the people of Indiana were probably telling stories about us but we did eventually make it to Indianapolis where we got on a train and headed to Flordia...true story and one hell of an adventure; but one I'll never forget.
