Disconnect

Many of my friendships and all of my relationships, have ended, recently, for various reasons. I often made friends due to shared interests, and by extension, shared venues which I do not frequent anymore. But most of these activities are introvertive in nature. My relationships, by and large, all kind of came wild out of left field to me. Sometimes my partners and I had things in common, but we typically met in unusual and unexpected ways. Ever since COVID, my social anxiety has worsened in severity and I struggle with making new connections of any kind. I am wondering if anyone could suggest potential ways of meeting new people for either friendship or dating potential. I have in the past tried bars, meetups, teahouses, events, most with very little success. I seem to be of a unique background and I struggle with relating with others, too.
