Do you guys believe in the whole “soulmate” or “the one” concept?

Why not? And did you ever believe that or you opinion changed after something occurred?

@Ahmed i did as a kid but that's now how things work in the real world. For one, love is a choice, not a feeling, and if it existed it'd be the norm. People don't choose to love each other, and they don't choose to stick around. Folks lay with dozens even hundreds of people and if there was a "1" for everyone they've ruined themselves for that one. Plus like 80% of men are invisible to women so while some men are being shared by multiple women, many men are alone, and a lot of those women will end up alone. I'd rather keep doing what I'm doing vs thinking up a fictional character like i did as a teen. Majority of women aren't worthy and worthy men are the minority. I'm still out here having fun seeing more and more fun material, yet no girlfriend nor wife material.

@Joseph Well, this is heavily true bro, I was in a relationship which I didicated 100% into and here I am.. And yeah the Villian arc tbh is 100000% better than the nice guy arc. That’s why I don’t really even believe in love anymore but idk I’m just giving it one more chance? Stay strong brother 🤝🏻

@Ahmed strong men>bad boys>nice guys. It takes two and since you put in 100% of the work and I'm guessing she put in nothing, at least one day you will be better off and in a healthy relationship where she will never find comfort and security because she won't give anything that dictates comfort and security

@Joseph it’s actually sad bro, why does the nice guy always has to lose? I mean yes I’m finally in a point where I can proudly stand and say with belief that I’m a strong man, but tbh the inner nice guy that was once there is just idk? Disappointed in how life is. The nice guy that my mother raised is very disappointed tbh. And yes probably she’s just being toxic to someone else and creating another bad boy.

@Ahmed it has to be 100% whether that's 50/50 60/40 80/20 etc. I've been in an 85/5 before and like 70/5. Even 99&0 don't add up to 100. One thing I like to tell people is to choose those who choose you, invest in those whom invest in you

@Ahmed a strong virtuous man can still be a gentleman, that doesn't make you a nice guy, the reason nice guys never win is because they are doormats and they let people walk all over them. You don't want to be a bully and you don't want to be a doormat, you want to be a strong virtuous man. Those are the kind of men women want but they can't see them because somehow they have been polarized to only see bad boys and nice guys. Trust me, when you are a strong virtuous man, you stand out. If you can stand up for yourself and others, stand up for what you believe in and stand up for what is just and true, you will be a strong virtuous man.

@Ahmed why? Because I'm happily married for 13 years, never had a major fight/disagreement, we do many things together, and are blissful and successful. Sounds like a soul mate to me.

Other relationships are a vouge for why your good....these are good don't always last....idk just turned 30... I know there's people you really connect with and theirs more then one...theirs more then one person who is the one based on sharing an aspect of self....and theirs many of those....but who stays....maybe nobody....

@Ahmed yes well that is what makes getting along ....and yes you have more then one person that complements your needs in different areas....those are soul mates they can be romantic parent sibling, even....but the one will it's not about needs it's about how you stand up that bring you to him....soulmates it's how you feel what you enjoy....the one likes you where you're not settling in any sense in life....emotionally physically....who's the one that likes that, the most....and wants that more then anything else....that's the one
