The concept of "too much space" is subjective and can vary depending on individual preferences and circumstances. In relationships, it's important to strike a balance between personal space and togetherness that works for both partners. Some people may feel suffocated or overwhelmed if they don't have enough space and independence, while others may thrive in a closer and more interconnected dynamic. Ultimately, what matters is open communication and understanding between partners to ensure their needs are being met. about your quote, lack of attention or neglect can certainly have a negative impact on a relationship. Attention and effort are crucial for maintaining and nurturing a connection with someone. Over time, if one partner consistently neglects the other's emotional needs, it can lead to feelings of disconnect, dissatisfaction, and even falling out of love. It's important to invest time and attention in a relationship to foster a healthy and fulfilling connection.

Normally you'd be right. But people often mistake giving space as no longer being interested. Have spacing is important. But how much is too much before it's confused for lack of interest?

@Mia Giving someone space in my dictionary means to give other person the ability for them to do whatever they wanna do, when they wanna do it and to not strangle them, be needy and so one. While giving someone attention means showing that you care, that you are there for them whenever they need it and that you are willing to do small things for them. So think you need to give them all the space you can but to give them attention as well. And if they want the same type relationship as you do, then in that space you give them they will choose to spend time with you, give you attention as well. Only this way, there can be pure love in relationship - because both people have full freedom do leave or do do what they want but they are freely and willingly choosing you. Anything else is just toxic and controlling relationship from one side which will probably not work in the end

Very powerful. And forces a person to actually distinguish between attraction and love. Thank you for sharing this thought. 🙏🌻🌼

All relationships need to be nurtured.. while everyone's definition of "space" and "attention" are different... healthy relationships should always have both boundaries AND attention... in a way that is balanced for both sides...

Yeah, I'm starting to believe it. Little by little, and I don't like that feeling at all.

Yes, because some need that attention or affection from the person they love. If they haven't gotten it in a long time then that person will fall out of love with the person they once was in love with.

I say you can have yo space in the living room and I'll be in the bed waiting for you to calm yo ass down and bring it to bed but if you need the type of space where you wanna go party then obviously you looking into something else already so yea that would ruin a relationship speaking from experience literally just went through this and 13 years down the drain so be careful when you say you want your space.
