How can you say you truly love someone when your heart no longer feels their pain?
When they fall silent, and you don’t even notice. When their eyes speak exhaustion, and you pretend not to see. When they’re asking for reassurance  not through words, but through the way they hold you tighter  and still, you miss it.

Love isn’t just about being there; it’s about feeling there.
It’s about sensing their mood before they speak, holding them when they pull away, and knowing the difference between “I’m okay” and “I’m breaking inside.”

You can’t say you love someone if you don’t know their silence, their fears, their unspoken emotions. Because real love listens  even to what’s never said out loud. Real love sees the invisible weight they carry, and chooses to lighten it without being asked.

It’s easy to say “I love you” when things are smooth. But love shows its truest form in the quiet moments when patience replaces pride, when effort replaces excuses, and when you choose to understand rather than to win an argument.

Don’t wait until they stop explaining what they need. Don’t wait until their heart hardens from being unseen. Because once emotional distance builds up, no amount of “I love you’s” can bridge that silence.

Sometimes, love doesn’t end because people stop feeling. It ends because one person kept loving without being felt in return.
And that’s the kind of heartbreak no apology can ever fix.

Mirror Talk: A Self-Awareness Exchange

Everyone has their ways to connect to the awareness of their true self(s). Especially when you truly can be open for the connecting to the awareness. The awareness of of your surroundings, the awareness of your emotions, the awareness to use your past as a teacher to  focus on the future. Use all that you learn from your true self, as a guide to connect with all that's around you in the moment. Let yourself be connected with the awareness of your surroundings around you and your own inter self. Truly doing the self care you need, let's you care for your surroundings as you care for yourself. 
Self awareness, is being aware of more then just ones self, also the surroundings of ones self. Being aware of the impact your surroundings play on your needs. Keeping your surroundings cared for, you keep your needs cared for.

Connecting with your true self

I know when people are criticizing me even if they "don't mean to". People should really consider thinking before they speak. Especially when the person they are speaking to has set boundaries on how they will be treated. I am not the same person I was 10 years ago and I will never be that person again. I AM AWARE OF A LOT MORE THAN SOME PEOPLE THINK

I have come to a place where I watch life as it unfolds, neither clinging to the past nor chasing the future. Whatever has been, whatever is, whatever will be—I accept it all. I surrender to the current of existence, simply witnessing, simply being.



Some days I strive—to grow, to create, to move beyond myself. Other days, I stumble, I falter, I feel the pull of darker thoughts. Yet I embrace it all. I lie in the bed I have made, fully aware, fully present.



To live this way is to honor both shadow and light, to feel deeply, release freely, and return to the moment without resistance. This is not passivity—it is a profound freedom, a quiet mastery of being.

I’ve got many scars due to past traumas and they’ve been hurting many of my friend/relationships I honestly don’t what to do 😭😭

Which scars to heal and which one to love ?

Many times, you don’t record the important moments that happen in your life.
Why?
 
When you look back, you realize they were important,
why?

Because every moment is now 
only existence is real
When you "" there is no past or future. Without the past, there would be no memory and experience. You stop using your brain to think about the past and the future. All you have is "presence" (an open mind and heart).

So why does the past exist?
The past allows you to understand existence itself, letting you know that every important moment in life exists only in each moment. Only the heart can determine the quality of memory. Check in and see if you are experiencing it with your heart and not with your brain overthinking the past and future. , and miss the experience process.

Why does the future exist?
(much like previous usage)
The future takes you away from the present so that you can understand the present. Let you understand that every moment has a profound impact on the future. The purpose is to remind everyone to stay calm, live mindfully, prepare for the future, follow your heart, open your heart, and live the past in the future that's all.

Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darkness of other people. We all have our own struggles and shadows. When you take the time to understand and accept your inner challenges, you grow stronger and more compassionate. This self-awareness makes it easier to see others for who they are, and to offer help without judgment. Embrace your journey, learn from your past, and let your light shine through.

Don't invest your happiness in to things/objects that have the nature of coming and going.
Instead of this try to use that energy to investigate and find something inside you that has never changed and stayed over the hardest times, that was and is always there.
That thing was never touched no matter how harsh the situation was, it kept it's purity and freshness.
This is where you want to ground yourself.
And without you even noticing it peace and happiness will start to flow into your life.

True source of happiness

So, in my life I'm one of the very few people who are actually self-aware and highly so. Well sometimes I can definitely see it being a bit of an advantage, I feel like it makes it really difficult to do a lot of things. Am I alone on this? Like even dreaming of things I want in life seems almost impossible to do because I have a high enough level of self-awareness that my brain basically runs statistical analysis on the likelihood that it'll ever succeed automatically which is a real buzzkill, lol.
