Tried a lot of things that were suggestedom the internet but at the end of the day, I hate what I have become. I lack motivation to do anything. I don't have a goal. I hate the way I look. And most importantly, I hate my mind that always makes me think others hate me. I can't dream of future. It scares me. I don't think there's a any solution to these problems rather than changing our focus onto something and getting busy with it. And that something is mostly a bad habit.

Try this way of thinking. I hate my self there for: -i will go to the gym and i will lift weights to damage my muscles -i will stop eating sweets and eat less sweet food (healthy) because i dont want to get pleasure -after i come home from work i will look online for better job where i will put on more work and have better paycheck, i will improve my skill set and apply for better job if i can -i will punch this boxing bag or i will run outside until i stop hating myself -i will learn some skill that is hard to learn Start doing hard things and self hate will stop, until you stop doing hard things again.
