In The Mirror

There's this thing I do when my anxiety acts up that helps me feel better. I look at myself for a brief period, breathe then say things like "it's ok to not know all the answers", "if you wanna cry...I'm here for you", "you're really beautiful", "I love you & I'm not gonna let you down". I often cry & watch myself. I can see the sadness, the vulnerability, the rawness, & you know what? It's fuqn beautiful. This is one way I self-love: lookin in the mirror.
