People need to stop marking themselves Dating when they only want friends.

There is a friends tag on Boo. But I encounter quite a lot of people in their profile stating "Only looking for friends." Well then use the friends tag. It isn't hard to figure out. We need some kind of autoflagger that if someone says "Only looking for friends" it auto friends tags them.

Some people use the “I’m just looking for friends” thing as a preemptive way of letting down people they’re not interested in dating. And many people would prefer to start off as friends to see how things are without the extra pressure first. (No idea how they manage to make the switch. Seems like that could be an awkward conversation if they’re not sure the other person is open to it.)

I put dating/friends and for a while I was getting tired of having the dating tab because it seemed like anyone who I communicated with, be it random messaged, other commenters, or people I messaged to become friends with, it seemed like they wanted a relationship. I need to go my own pace and I thought about and tried to figure out how to take the dating tab off but I couldn’t figure it out…
