It’s been a few weeks and I can’t seem to get myself to sleep at night. I’ve been taking melatonin and I don’t think its helping at all. I need to adjust my body clock asap. Any tips guys?

White noise goes brrrrrrrt. Only way for me to sleep with tinnitus.

Also need AC or fan regardless of temp or season, need it to be pitch black, and if that doesn't work, I'll turn on carpet cleaning videos on YouTube. Oddly satisfying.

What helps me sleep at night is all the cuddles I get from my little guy

I have to have a heated blanket or someone needs to keep my feet warm.
