Smoked food and fire (or candle) something about orange light and safe flames help calm our oonga boonga brain I think. Also reading a book for 15 minutes before bed can take the stress out of your body. If it takes more than 15 to fall asleep. Get out of bed and try again later, you may start associating the bed with everything but sleep (like worry) Sleep tech and dream worker so I hope this helps
