Fell asleep briefly but now wide awake. Can't go back to sleep, tried for over an hour. Can't figure what to do so now just watching old movies. Anyone have any suggestions to keep from being bored? Movie suggestions? Not sure if it is just sleep anxiety, insomnia, or my brain just doesn't to want me to settle right now. Anyone else having difficulty sleeping, wishing you the best.

Been going thru this for the past 4 months, I came to the conclusion that it's being surrounded by Wi-Fi and cell phones that's keeping me from falling asleep, so I started working nights, sleep during the day while everyone in my complex is at work, put my phone in airplane mode and turn off my Wi-Fi router. Sleep has improved
