It’s been a few weeks and I can’t seem to get myself to sleep at night. I’ve been taking melatonin and I don’t think its helping at all. I need to adjust my body clock asap. Any tips guys?

Try avoiding look at any screen(tv,phone,laptop) for about a half hour before bed. It gives your mind time to relax

I see them as fun challenges oppose to being afraid of them

I tend to see nightmares when sleeping soon after eating heavy foods. Washing my face usually helps me a little bit to calm down after seeing one.

I immediately realize it's been a bad dream and I go back to sleep 🤷‍♂️
