I agree. I tend to keep my face and emotions as cheerful as possible, I've been told mostly by woman I dated that despite how beautiful my eyes are, they see emptiness and sadness.

@Naomy You're definitely right on that. Honestly, I am not afraid of speaking about them to anyone. I think it's more about how I handle those feelings by bottling them and not putting myself out there for those opportunities to relieve such sadness. By being cheerful and smiling have been my way to cope and mask myself to continue pushing in life.

@Jeff i understand and honestly i bottle up my feelings as well lots of times but there will always be a limit of what we can bottle up and handle so just be careful

I totally agree with you point of view. Indeed eyes reflect a spectrum of emotions. I have met many people in my life who represents themselves as the strongest mentally but if you carefully look at their gaze you can see the strength fades away. This is just a very simple example of an eye is the pathway to soul. I believe that's why if we don't feel comfortable with someone we can not have a long eye to eye contact with them as their entrance to the souk can not be opened by our key.

Physical analysis - I believe it’s because the ?iris or pupil? expands to bring in more light to perceive. When your in love with someone, you want to perceive as much as possible which is why the cliche of having them bright and slow motion, is true. Because it’s the amount of information you receive, seems like time is slow and they are brighter. So staring at someone you love, you can really tell how much they love you ❤️

Many people nowadays know how to control their eyes (ok, maybe not many, and not every single thing about them). What I've heard is to pay more attention to lips. There are lots of signs they can send you, a tiniest change can tell you a lot, if you know how to read body language
