Reincarnation 💫

There's an ancient saying, "As above, so below." In other words, physical life tends to be a reflection of spiritual life. If you want evidence of reincarnation, just look at the trees. In spring and summer their leaves, or life, can be seen in our physical reality. Then in autumn and winter, they shed their leaves and focus their energy in their roots, in the unseen reality, underground. A cross section of a tree's trunk holds a record of its growth in the form of annular rings. In the same way, we are born into physical life, live and die, and cross back into Spirit for a time, only to reincarnate again and again, growing through each life. The whole spiritual journey is recorded not in annular rings, but in what the ancients called the Akashic Record.
