Anyone else find that it's difficult to put yourself out there again once you've done the inner work and you find ultimate peace within yourself?

After experiencing the real you. Now it's just awareness i have not experienced it i am trying to get better n better . But what i have seen with my zen master spiritual guru it's just that you have realised you are not a body. You are now permanently stabilized in realization of what actually you are & you have got all the answer or purpose of your birth.

Work in yourself and putting yourself out there, one can feel more difficult than the other but it's a balance. Sometimes that feeling of difficulty even after doing all the work means you've made peace, and still not be ready. And that's ok, just stay honest to yourself and instincts.

Inner peace is Always a Good thing! It helps lead you on a better,more balanced path..Someone will come along! Just be patient...There is Always a reason why our life is what it is..You've got to find your reason...Its often defined by the choices we make

It's like unlearning all of the unhealthy coping mechanisms and living a new life entirely. Although, the process of putting ourselves out there doesn't have to be rushed. We can go at our own pace.
I let myself know that it's okay if I need more time so I don't compare myself to others. My hope is that practicing the healthy self-love that are important to me will help the other steps of putting myself out there to come naturally
