To be forged in the fire of pain
Yet again the question asked today is fantastic. And I do not wish to step on anyone's toes with my response, so I will tuck it away here. You will have to forgive my poetry but life can be and is painful. Sacrifice is a nesscary part in the circle of life, for we must make room for the next somehow. And it is in these challenges that we truly find the strength of our steel. But being forged is a hard process, in it we lose a lot of potential. But in that process we slowly find our shape and purpose, and we grow our gems. For metal is a crystal too. But for a work to be special it must be hardened just right. Too soft and it will affect ones ability to do their task and will likely be forced to be rehardened again. Too hard and it will be difficult to work with and overly fragile. And when the quench occurs in our life we all instinctively become overly embrittled/embrittered. It makes sense like a cut we have been wounded and so we must take care of the wound lest it get infected. The secret is in the next part, the tempering. Through careful and sustained heating (or challenging or energy dispersion your choice) most of the stress from the quench is released. And if done properly you keep your shape no matter the force applied. You will bend but return to who you are like a spring. Now I hear you say "but that is of metal and we are not tools of steel and iron but humans of flesh and blood! What matters of the sequence of forging metal to a being alive and breathing " well, that is a fair point. If we look at what is happening in face value, you are correct these things are completely different and I am glad you see me for the fool I am. But if we view a lot of creation stories, beings higher than us (most of us call them gods) created us in their image, but can it not be the same of what we create then? Are the things we create not reflections of who we are? And in the creation of them find we not the creation of ourselves? Perhaps, Perhaps not. But the point I am trying to make with this overly long point is that pain is the quench and test of steel, which stands for us. It is easy to become brittle and fragile and when we put ourselves to our goals too soon we are likely to be more damaged. Instead I suggest give yourself time and patience to temper your pain and stress and you will find surprising strength. The scars may never leave but they will fade in time. In the pain of life we find ourselves, who we are and what it is we truly value. And to make it this far is commendable in it's self. So I commend all of you for that and I have faith in you, I simply ask to be kind to yourself and to temper that stress and brittleness if you can find it within yourself. But this is not a solitary action, find solace and comfort in those around you who offer little joys, and you will be ready in no time. All the best - mouse 🐁 Tldr; fire is hot

I have trained soldiers and watched them die, beyond life saving acts you owe no one anything , and you wish to say that if I do not share in your delusion that I am somehow lesser , so many of the world's issues in this day and age could be solved if everyone stood up individually and took charge the way they should instead of hoping for some miraculous change or using the freedoms granted by their individual nations to drive a nonsensical point home , look after those of value to you and don't go beyond your limits , the world will not thank you.
