Tried to call a store and was met by an automated voice. I said "connect me to someone" after it failed to help me, and it replied "actually, I can help if you just tell me". I had to say 4 times to connect to a person and then it put me in hold for 45 mins, where every 20 seconds it said "we're sorry, we'll be with you shortly", playing the same 20 second segment of some elevator music. I didn't even get connected to someone. They WANT you to get frustrated. They WANT you to hang up. (edited)
