How to beat Scalpers at their game.

I wonder, would it be possible for organizer's to sell tickets at least 30 minutes to an hour before the show start. The concert tickets prices must remain the same. It just means organizer's get more money, but scalpers losing potential money and fans being able to come in and watch the show. (edited)
