Yep Trans 😅♂️

As a Transgender man I think it's really hard for parents to use the right pronouns well my grandparents anyone else feel like older grandparent kinda make fun of trans or. LGBTQIA? I swear even my grandma will make fun of my masculinity and tell me stop acting like a man and "act ike girl"what you think I'm trying to do be a barbie doll? so now I just try to be as masculine as possible and embarrass her whenever possible 😁👍🔥because transphobia can't hold me down (edited)

I'm a parent of a transgender man. When I first found out it was hard for me to say "my son". Mostly it was because my child was 16 years old when I found out. It took a little while and honestly got much easier when I moved to a different state. People would ask if I had kids. I would say yes, three sons. I was nervous about telling my family. They all live in the Midwest and I was afraid of their reaction. If they had said anything negative I would have cut them out of my life. I was surprised to hear supportive things. Even my devout Catholic 82 year old mother is accepting and uses the correct pronoun. I think it's a matter of love and respect as to how they choose to treat you. They should be ashamed to talk to you like that. I'm sorry that you have to deal with that. People like that are ignorant and probably miserable with their own life. You keep doing you! 🌈❤️
