Do you believe that our body have a soul? That travels while we sleeping?

You are a soul. You as a soul, have your body, and the spirit of life. Default soul. However we are all different, that depending on how we steward the spirits that enter into us and move through us. Some people are, and know they are traveling while they sleep.

I personally don't believe we have a soul. I'm not saying we don't, but I have no good reason to believe we do.

Not believing in a soul is more confusing for me. If you don't believe in a soul you have to believe that consciousness is contained within the body somewhere. Primordial soup theory and comp sci believe that if you make something complex enough it will gain consciousness. That's like having a bunch of Legos and saying if I make this Lego structure complex enough it will gaing consciousness. That just doesn't make sense to me. To me it makes more sense that people have spirits. We are souls and souls are consciousness.
