If a genie could grant you 3 wishes, what would you wish for?

I'm a morally grey chaos gremlin so I'd wish for a pendant that grants me and my lineage one request per day given a blood sacrifice to verify legitimacy. Amount varied depending on the request and any blood source would suffice as long as it's my family line. A mirror that allows me to alter any living sentient being on a cellular level and change that being's stats as if customizing a game character but can only be used on willing participants and is limited to only under a full moon. And lastly a device that allows me to control any form of personal electronic device as long as I know the access information or am able to connect the electronic device itself to said opposing device.
