Nope, best advice I can share from my own battles, make a goal thats solely dependent on you, write it down, put it in your mirror, or some where you will see it everyday. And persevere till you accomplish that goal. Rinse and repeat. Eventually the depression becomes static noise you don't hear as often except on bad days... that and pot smoking pot helps too (edited)

Oh contraire I feel quite the opposite I love my depression and i cherish it It was thrown on me by the gods Because they simply didn't favor their odds They throw tribulation After trial onto me Because they dont want to see me succeed But they won't stop me no one can Because of them I'm far more monster now, than man I run in the cold when it's 20⁰ degrees And angrily shake off any disease I couldn't care less about others and their opinion bubbles Because I see through them and know they too are troubled Each night I seethe in my room And every morning one goal closer to the Gods and their doom.
