Instead of looking at the bad, then subsequently thinking about the bad, I look at the good to change my perspective. I think I can remember what happiness and love feels like, so I attempt to replicate the feeling. I'll focus on how my brain felt during those times and just lock on to the feeling. Try and do that for—at least—5 minutes a day and you'll notice a drastic change, and dare I say improvement. Our reality is a reflection of our inner self perspective, so I guess I always just talk it through with myself 🙂
