Pull One Thred

I don't really know how to be casually curious about people. If you tell me what song you've had on repeat, I don't just want the title—I want to know what it does to you. If you tell me about some weird little hobby, I'll probably want to know how you found it, why you stayed, and what part of you it feeds. That's kind of how I'm built. Give me a loose thread and I'll want to see where it leads. People are rabbit holes, and I mean that as a compliment. So I'll give you one of mine first: I can spend hours building worlds in games, learning some completely unnecessary skill, making something with my hands, or disappearing down a research hole simply because one question led to seventeen more. But the thing that fascinates me most is still people. I want to know what makes someone them—especially the parts that don't fit neatly into a bio. So here's my question: What's one thing about you that seems small from the outside, but actually tells me a lot about who you are? I'll trade you curiosity for honesty. 🙂
