Blender is essential for vegan food
Edamame beans/peanuts soup with some roasted nuts and brocoli. Average bowl is around 25g of protein. With a couple pieces of bread (which I also packed with roasted nuts, lentils and seeds) easily over 35g per relatively light meal.
