I love skyrim(elder scrolls I'm general) you'll have a great time.  Here's a tip: start blacksmithing as soon as possible, it's the fastest way to becoming OP rich.

I greatly enjoyed the Daedra, Dark Brotherhood, and Thieves Guild quests. I also spent way too much time reading books in the Dwemer ruins. But the best experience of all (Daedra quests are a close second) is a mod in Skyrim, but you should play the standalone game made from it called The Forgotten City. It's amazing, especially if you are into time loop mechanics like Majora's Mask.
