Mine's tommorow, same situation like Dominic's here, it's just another day rather than a burden, don't really get comfortable with celebration of my own birthday for some reason, but don't see it as a bad day either. Anyway, happy birthday. To distract from self reflection try to do on your birthday something interesting or fun that you didn't experience before, so that you don't dive into bad thoughts, and maybe eventually will start to like the day if it brings good memories
