Question: volunteering time for money making business?

So, volunteering in board for member organisation which also has a branch producing courses for which they charge money and make profit. Members pay membership fee into the same pile. Members get discount at courses and engages members to promote & make courses. Doesn't feel right, but on the fence. What would you do?
