Any tips?

Newer to lifting, but I'm trying to get bigger. I always focus on form to prevent injuries. I guess I just get mixed up with the dietary side of it, there's so many fads out there I just trying to figure out what works and what's crap.

I just workout heavy in the gym and drink a protein shake after my workout. I've been a bulking diet recently as well so you just got to eat a lot of protein and have a balanced diet. Just keep working hard and you'll get there brother.

I find it best to just stick to a high calorie diet with lots of protein to help your muscles heal after a workout. I don't mean pizza and cake, but lots of meats n' veggies to keep yourself feeling good. (Plz ignore my profile pic) Protein shakes and bars are an option but I find it better (and more tasty) to just get it through meats. Just do what you are comfortable with as you'd just lose more stressing over it. (edited)
