Disappointing squat session
Maybe there was too much brain strain from holding the contraction when hip hinging and shoulder raises the past few days. Or maybe my bracing and lower back was too fatigued. I technically did get 120kg three times, I should've tried 130kg rather than doubt I wouldn't be able to again. Maybe I was worried too much about the pain of my snapped wrist. I should've gone for ultrasound yesterday, now I have to wait for Thursday because that's how our decentralised healthcare system is. (edited)
