Advice for beginners
"Its not about the intensity, it's about consistency." It took me 4 years to lose 100 lbs. I could have done it sooner but there's been a lot of ups and downs. And now it's actually staying off. I've had friends who thought they could skip workout days and work extra hard the next day. Soon skipped days turn into skipped weeks, months. Then sometimes going extra hard in a workout induces injuries. You're out for weeks healing an ankle or a knee and it becomes difficult to get back into a routine. Find a routine you can do 3-5x a week. Even if it's 20 minutes, set aside 20 minutes to workout every single day. I promise the results will compound.

I cannot believe I started this journey in January and I am down this much !!! I know there is a long way to go before I hit my goal weight but, I am definitely feeling myself a little today! (edited)

I walk literally all day up and down hills I go swimming , play at the park with my son , I'm eating better .... wtf am I doing wrong

Slowly progressing and seeing results
Kinda surprised I had a loss when i ate dominoes pizza and chocolate fudge dipped with chocolate sauce . But I'm starting to learn that your overall net calories for the week is what matters if it's within your net calorie or even within your maintenance calories you should see a loss .
