1This needs a tiny screw not glue. You can get a set near a cashier section of a hardware store. It comes with a screw driver, screws and a pincer. It's an eyeglasses repair kit for $5. Besides I wouldn't use super glue on it. Super glue won't last long at a constant lateral pressure that is exerted at the hinge and it will prevent the hinge movement. If the break was at the arm and not the hinge then I would use a 5 min binary epoxy. It melts the acrylic as it binds thus incorporating the arm material into its lattice structure a LOT harder binding. Akin to welding. (edited)
