Anyone else feel like this?😂🥲
It might just be a thing in S.A or just a few people I know so I’m not expecting everyone to relate. I met someone who works for a company based in Denmark and he was sharing how it is encouraged to take annual leave at his company and this was a shocker to me but then he’s also trying to get used to it as he worked for S.A based companies before. Also, I know of a couple that moved to Ireland for work and they also said the same thing.

It's cause we are used to being treated as slaves in our own countries, same is in Lithuania, if you want to take your annual leave, the management has to think first if they want to give you your annual leave, and if they give it to you, they make you feel guilty for doing so, and even call you off cause "there's no one to work...and you are the best...", however they often threaten you with "There's a lot of people, beyond the gate waiting to take your position"...
