Sad to say I'm going to be walking out my job of 4 years.

Question

I finally made up my mind to quit my job of 4 years. I've been trying to hold on and make it work by talking out issues with my boss and even corporate for things to end with no resolution. I can't even count how many times I've gone home crying from being mistreated. I work with kids 3 to 4. There's no support when you need it most from management. You're made to feel like everything is your fault. You're lied to, underpaid severely (new hires make more than those who have been there long), there's lots of fakeness going on, it's very unorganized. The list could go on. I can't take it any longer so I'm leaving with 1 day of notice. I feel bad for the kids, I loved them, but the adults don't deserve anything else from me. They've taken enough.

I just left my job of 4 years couple months ago. It was scary but I did it and i feel a lot better about it. My new job is a lot less toxic.

I've done it. I worked in a meat processing plant 4 years with the same bs your dealing with. I left without notice. They noticed 3 days later.
