So this is really niche, but I love the reverse gutwrench throw so much. It is not particularly useful in any combat sport other than Greco-Roman wrestling. However, it is a technique of pure elegance and domination when performed well.

I know it's only 2d rest but I can't train pressing exercises just yet, and I'm really interested to develop my mid back. I figured out a new setup that targeted my mid back without involving lats, but that could also be the weight was much lighter than 2d ago. Feels good, thanks Dorian Yates!
