It does. Had this a little over 2 years but the weights are adjustable. I was bigger before but i cut down cause i wanted a more clean look. After about 2 months with a nice handled weight your joints would be good for the 50. Idk bout some but as seen growin up, me and other islanders get use to it quick cause we grew up climbing coconut trees. I still do aswell for tree trimming too lol but yeah its a really good investment.

Get an adjustable weight bench aswell and a pull up bar and a pair of 20 and 25 lb dumb bells and kettlebells and you wouldnt need a gym

Big mahalos sistah. I was bigger but i wanna be cut not just all swole so i had to restart 😅 i use to be 200 just beefed then i got cut to 180 all lean now am at 145 150 getting back to my 180 slowly

@Megan true that. I lift at home though cause i use to go to a toxic gym so i made my own. But idk if i dont workout i still eat alot and dont gain weight. Its a health issue now so i have to workout to try and make weight. But i always help and support others cause its always good to switch pointers. Hows your journey though?

@Jay It's hard to find a good gym these days. Have you tried a dirty bulk? Not ideal but it is more so for people who are hard gainers. My journey has been hard. I've lost 70lbs and now I'm in the process of a bulk. It's easier to lose. But the mindset you have when trying to gain is hard to hold onto. Though I think being a previously obese woman I struggle with doing a bulk more than the average person probably does. I won't give up though. 😋

@Megan Well you look good. Your journey is well on its way. You should check out my other posts. It was from me last year. Lol youd see how far ive lost myself 😅 ive changed. I use to be like 120 fresh out of high school but being 5'11 and that weight is a health risk lol

@Megan Yeah the biggest when i was at 200 was when i worked out everyday for 3 months 3 hours a day. Then the 180 was 1 hour a day everyday and now this is me every other day working out at 138 but i round up to 140 if you ask me 😅 but thanks you do too. Honestly you could be an awesome gym partner. You really positive and from your story, you got alot of discipline and range and i see you going far. Just dont quit now. Yes i ate and still eat about 5 to 6 meals a day till now but i lose weight like crazy. I hate it cause i had to resort to planting veggies just to stop buying so much food 😂

@Jay Yeah bro. Food is incredibly expensive anymore. Especially if you're eating healthier and minimally processed foods. I'd love to have another gym partner. It's unfortunate that you don't live closer.

@Megan So true. Thats why i save cause id rather spend it on my truck and diving gear. I already got my weights 😆 why you still go to a gym? And true its all good though. Your still a good gym partner and could find another good gym partner though. If i did live closer, id give you hell in working out cause i do the same to myself. So be thankful lol

@Jay That's what makes a good gym buddy! The gym I got to offers mixed martial arts as well as boxing and kick boxing. So you could say I go there largely for that. But at the same time I live in an apartment and I don't have the means to afford a ton of gym equipment at the moment.

@Megan Oh dang then id love your gym cause i havent trained in a long time lol my shins miss hittin stuff so its fun to dead left lol but foreals? Most people get scared when they tried working out with me 😆 itll be nice to go to the same gym and try to knock some rust off then help you workout cause trust me youd trip. Will see after if im still a good gym buddy lol cause ill do everything aswell so itll be fair, i feel like you can handle though. And dang hey i feel you on saving. Its hard. Try just putting 5 to 10 bucks every payday away. A think a pair of 20 lb dumb bells are around like 30 or so. But hey no rush. You gotta fall inlove with the process. If you dont you only enjoy the win and if you fail, itll feel way worse.

@Jay I love people who yell. It's very motivating. I do have a barbell that turns into dumb bells, as well as a home gym type set of resistance bands. I purchased those when covid was heavy and the gym kept shutting down. But the heavier lifts that revolve around the legs are more expensive and not pleasant for the people who live below me 🤣

@Megan Then i think i would be a good gym partner for you then. Just be ready. I hope one day. Youd trip cause i still drink alot lol it doesnt affect me. Its how most Indonesians trained when i went there. Theyd get faded and just train for hours. Thats why muay thai fighters can go on for so long. If your body is fast at addapting then your gonna be the perfect match for me to workout with. Just maybe not the drinking for you lol But ouch, has your down stares neighbors ever complained when you did legs during the covid lock down times? Lol id say hawaii is nice but our milk and bread cost around 10 bucks since i was in middle school lol
