I think knowing when would be better, but I feel like I would rather have a ball park like "the spring of your 40th year" rather than like "April 10, 2030 at 1pm"

I would rather know how.  If I know when, then I'll stress about how little time I have. But id f I find out that I die in my sleep, I would feel great.

When for sure. How would just make you extra paranoid. Plus, how awful would that be if you only found out how and it was something mundane and entirely avoidable like tripping over your own shoes and falling? I feel like that would inevitably effect your confidence in your ability to do simple things
