been journaling more and i have some tips! First always date 📅 your journal entries. You will look back and thank yourself. Also don't beat yourself up if you don't get an entry every day, it can be hard and you don't need to document everyday unless you really want to but we all run out of time somedays and that's totally okay! Last tip is to reflect and document on what books you're reading! 💗 (edited)
