So many ideas, too incompetent to write them.

Not enough words, not enough focus. TL;DR this is a vent or rant. My brain is bursting with character ideas and stories but I don't know where to start. I've read all types of works, novels, comics, short stories, scripts, manga/Manhua, articles of science, fictitious included. Most genres are worth exploring, science and romance the most, fiction and fantasy second, but it's all included. I put value on lyrics of songs, as they're stories too, I read so much in my one language I've learned to appreciate and value quality, as I've read some of the worst ideas people have had the audacity to bring into existence. I've even written characters for a video game I've planned on making, but there's simply too much. This coupled with my mild ADHD, I've started many projects, but they all suffer the same problem, me. I've read so many different ways to type, to tell a story, from different cultures and countries (all in English unfortunately), I have no idea the proper structure anymore, and I reach a block almost immediately. Also like many creators in the world, I've even had a reoccurring dream of a completely unique story, that continues on the next night, of a world that lasts years, decades, "eons", but all condensed in a week's worth of dreams. Despite the vividness and detail of that dream that I've had nearly 15 years ago, the only thing I've written about it is its history, not even what I would consider start of the story. I don't know if there's something fundamentally wrong with me, or if it's just the ADHD, or the creeping realization that I'll never find the words to convey my thoughts when it comes down to it, but the older I get the more frustrated about it I become.
