Personally I don't care if it's cool or not the health benefits out weigh that factor. It's something I'm starting to get back into. I want to stop feeling like I'm straining just from kneeling lol.

My day doesn't start until I do my yoga. And it's crazy, if I skip a day, I know it. Do some sun salutations once every morning and I guarantee your body will thank you.

Yoga is excellent exercise for everyone. All the elderly people in my area do yoga and they're all going on adventures and living their best life in their 80s and 90s. It's seriously inspired me to start doing yoga every day.
